September 18, 2012 – Testimony to the House Majority Policy Committee on ways to encourage job creation in Carbon County, PA.  The testimony focuses on the Solar Renewable Energy Credit market crash, closing the borders to out of state SREC’s for PA AEPS compliance and capital deployment as it relates to job creation, job preservation and preserving Pennsylvania’s $180M investment in a new solar market.

May 21st, 2009 – Statement submitted for the record of the Hearing of the Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee discussing closing the borders to out of state projects qualifying for compliance with the AEPS and Front-End loading the AEPS to foster immediate “Green” economic development on the shoulders of a $180M Pennsylvania solar market investment.
