Green Energy Capital Partners  was founded with the primary goal of developing green energy projects.  We design, engineer, permit, finance, procure, manage, construct, commission, operate, maintain and own Green Energy facilities.  We eliminate any out of pocket expense for the property owner. This allows companies and individuals to Go Green, Go Clean without any expense.   GreenEnergyFinder.com is the worldwide Green Portal for Green Energy Capital Partners, LLC a development company based just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

If you have a Green Energy Project that you would like help with development,  email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  After evaluating the project we will help you find a suitable developer and or partner.  We are specialists in financing medium to large renewable energy projects and look forward to helping you.

Green Energy Capital Partners  provides worldwide turn-key wind and solar development including site evaluation, financing, design, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance.  We partner with landowners to provide them with generous lease payments for Wind Farms and aggressive Power Purchase Agreements for Commercial Solar Arrays,  as well as handle all the details of the project from start to finish.   We are totally independent of all wind turbine and solar panel manufacturers allowing us to financially and technically evaluate and choose the best equipment for each specific project.  In addition, we also are available for renewable energy, environmental impact consulting, and financial and legal project due diligence.  We also will evaluate other Renewable Energy technologies.

Green Energy Capital Partners is committed to the communities in which Solar and Wind farms are proposed.  We meet with the community members providing education regarding the benefits of renewable energy including tax revenue for the benefit of local communities.  We are the sole point of contact on all of our renewable energy projects, allowing community questions and concerns to be addressed in a timely fashion.

Green Energy Capital Partners firmly believes that renewable energy development is here to stay and that reducing greenhouse gases and carbon footprints are vital initiatives for the environment in the future.   We believe that with the help of concerned citizens and the power of the internet we can do our part to save the planet. We praise the Honorable Al Gore for his plan to produce 100% of our domestic energy consumption from renewable energy in ten years, announced July 17, 2008.  This goal increases the current standard adopted by 25 states sixfold from 20% in 12 years to 100% in 10 years.  This is an ambitious goal but even if this plan turns out half-baked,  it still triples the current goals.  Governor Rendell  of Pennsylvania, with several key Senate and House members finally passed Special Session Energy HB1, a $650 M renewable energy bill that will jump-start significant renewable energy production in Pennsylvania,  and allow it to grow exponentially over the next decade.  To add to the current paradigm shift and what will surely be recognized as the renewable energy mainstream tipping point,  T. Boone Pickens  has recently launched a 58 million dollar advertising campaign for renewable development focusing on wind and solar.   In two years I  am sure that every oil and utility company that plans to survive will be heavily invested in renewable energy. Renewable energy will be the fastest growing industry, creating more wealth than the internet did in the past ten years.

Green Energy Capital Partners is currently developing a 11.5 MW Utility Scale Solar Plant in Nesquehoning PA that will have over 50,000 Solar Panels, provide 14,500,000 Kilowatts of electricity annually, which will supply enough electricity for 1,450 homes in PA.  The 30 year Greenhouse gas offset will be the equilent of planting 25,000 acres of trees.  The project is on track to be shovel ready in late August, 2009.  For more information click the "Recent News Links" section on this page.

PENNSYLVANIA ALERT - November 16, 2009

Pennsylvania is on the verge of becoming one of the leaders in solar energy with HB 80 possibly being voted on in the house  as early as this week .  HB 80 and Amendment 4581 (A4581), the Omnibus Amendment, boost the Solar requirements 60% over the current Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard (AEPS) starting in the 2011-2012 reporting year.  This bill will create 5800 MWs of installed solar generation by 2024, from its current requirement of 850 MW's by 2027.

The cost to retail customers is expected to be $0.09 per household in 2012 increasing to $12.97 a year, or 3.6 cents per day in 2024. Commercial  and Industrial customers under this bill will have a two-tenth of one percent increase in 2012.  Commercial customers will have a rate iimpact of less than one percent in 2024 and then declining in the following years.  Industrial customers will have a rate impact of less than 2% in 2024 and then declining in the following years.

HB 80 and A4581 combined they will generate $8.3B in Economic Development by 2024, as compared to $1.7B by 2027 under the existing AEPS passed as Act 213 in 2004. Thats $6.6 B in NEW economic stimulus that will bring 57,000 new jobs to Pennsylvania!  With unemployment over 10% and rising, energy prices spiraling, we must act now.  Write or call your State Representative and let them know you want economic stimulus and jobs in Pennsylvania now.
